We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share your data only with service providers that help us operate TCP:

• Formspree — for processing form submissions (forms are sent to our email)
• Razorpay — for secure payment processing
• WhatsApp — for event communication (you're added to our broadcast list only when you register for an event)

All third-party services we use are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

Photography and video at events

TCP events are photographed and sometimes filmed for documentation, social media, and our website. By attending a TCP event, you consent to being photographed or filmed in group settings. If you have any concerns about specific images, please contact us and we will remove them promptly.

How long we keep your data

We retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law. If you would like us to delete your data, please contact us and we will do so within 30 days.
